Overview

  • Busan is the world's 4th busiest port and the second-largest city in South Korea with a highly dense, land-constrained population of 4 million and an airport directly linking South Korea to China and Japan.
  • Naeduk's on-site train station connects residents to high-paying jobs in both Changwon and Busan.
  • Kozar owns the development rights to 1,250 apartment units and 800,000 square feet of retail within a compact 133 acre mixed-use Transit Oriented Design (TOD) development.

Their innovative solutions to sustainable place making and years of experience are complementary to local know how and add a competitive edge to Kozar's plans.

Hanjin Engineering is the leading site planning and civil engineering company in the Pusan/Keungnam region having developed many of the regions municipal and provincial long term plans. Their insights into local conditions, and codes as well as their strong ties and confidence with relevant authorities are critical factors in Kozar's effort to successfully design and entitle the project.
