Mr Jang began his career in 1969 with a position at the Namhae-gun office. He completed his military service in 1973. In 1979 he worked in administration in the Kyungnam government office until 1994 when he worked in the administrative office in the Kimhae government office. In 1998 he opened his own real estate office and was also head of the National Structure Owner’s Union.
