Sung-Je Park
Director, Contracting and Apartment Development
Mr. Park has over 14 years of real estate industry experience. In 2009, he established RS Investment, where his focus was assisting developers as a consultant and an advisor. His strengths are coordination of financial companies and construction companies, as well as structuring acquisitions of real estate funds and REITs. From 2005 to 2008, Mr. Park served as the Executive Director of his family’s construction business. In that role, he forged long-lasting relationships with the CEOs of many construction companies. During this same period he also served as Director of Bloomstar Holdings, an M&A specialty company. As Director, he was in charge of real estate valuation and acquisition. From 2001 to 2002, he worked at New State Capital. NSC was the first company issuing Mortgage Backed Securities as a private company in Korea. He was in charge of MBS issuance, structuring and sales. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Park worked at Hyundai Development Company (Brand name: I-Park). His main role was land acquisition before presale for apartments. Mr. Park has B.S from the Yonsei University in Public Administration and Law. He graduated with a Master of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Southern California. Since 2011,he has served as an adjunct professor at Kyung-Hee University where he has taught real estate management classes to graduate students. He is director of the USC Alumni Association in Korea and he is also the manager of several real estate forums.
