Mr. Yang graduated Choong-Book University in 1989 with a degree in engineering. From 1989 thru 1991 he worked for Dae Ho Construction as an engineer. From 1991 thru 2006 he worked for Pyungchang Civil Engineering as their Director for Urban Development.
