Maziar Zarrehparvar
President and CEO
Mr. Zarrehparvar serves as President and CEO of Kozar LLC, and its Korean subsidiaries of Kozar Investment Development and SBK. He has been engaged in international real estate construction and development for 17 years. As Director of International Project Development for Hensel Phelps Construction Co. he helped create the company's international construction division. In this capacity he headed HPCC's efforts with Samsung Construction and Engineering, Walmart and the Far Eastern Division of the Army Corp of Engineers in Korea. As a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley he advised Mayor Ahn Sang Soo of Incheon Metroploitan City and Korean developers. He earned his Bachelors from UC Berkeley and MBA from University of Chicago.
