As Chief Operating Officer for Kozar, LLC., Michael is responsible for accounting and information systems. He has 15 plus years of direct experience with real estate, real estate finance, and real estate development. From 2005-2007 he was responsible for setting and executing partner strategy for identifying, purchasing, and developing properties on the Maine seacoast. Previous to that he was Senior Mortgage Consultant at Headlands/Greenpoint Mortgage Company for 8 years.
