Scott Arnoldy started his career at a Goldman Sachs subsidiary and during his time with the company was involved with the underwriting and financing of over $6 billion worth of acquisitions. Most recently he worked on the workout of a distressed $2 billion takeover management role for a major U.S. pension system. His experience building complex financial models and leading underwritings for complex transactions supports Kozar in its efforts to drive strategic financial decisions.
